Hello there, everybody!
As you may have noticed I haven’t been active here… at all… And to be honest I’m not even sorry. I’ve had a wonderful honeymoon with my lady but it’s still great to be back here.
Italy was fantastic and I enjoyed the city of Rome as well. Though, I’m not in best terms with the Sun, but… still. It was nice to visit a country I’ve never visited before.
But I guess this vacation had a better effect on my Alice. I’ve never seen her as happy and radiating! She was always smiling (and laughing at my clothes :( ) and it made me extremely happy as well.
The vacation itself was a success, but the last day was a bit of a mess. We had to stay in the airport the last night because our flight was cancelled and that night has been one of the worst nights I’ve ever experienced…
But we’re back and we’re alive… I guess?

Alice felt her heart could have burst out of her chest. She walked slowly, taking careful steps. Her father gave her a kiss on her cheek before he let go and let his daughter to walk to the altar. She had tears in her eyes when she looked at Jervis and smiled happily.
The music stopped and the priest began his babbling.
They said what needed to be said, with teary eyes and fluttering hearts.
Finally when he got the permission, Jervis gave a tender and loving kiss to his bride.
And they were pronounced as
husband and wife.
Alice sat in the fine, black car they had rented for the wedding. Her mother sat on the front seat next to the driver, and Pleasance was sitting next to her. Once they got closer to the church, Alice grabbed her friend’s hand and squeezed it in her grip. Her heart was pounding in her chest and she felt happier by every beat.
The car stopped by the church. The door was opened for her and she stepped out in her beautiful, princess dress. A few guests still hurried inside. Alice’s mother and Pleasance checked her hair and dress once more; everything looked perfect.
They began their way up the stairs to the church doors.
Jervis had received a text message from Jonathan before he had arrived to the church. He smiled and felt relieved – at least nothing (too) bad happened to Jon.
He had given the wedding rings to his best man, Alaire, and now he was standing there right in front of everybody. It seemed that there were much more people on Alice’s side than his, but then again he had never had too many friends. (And Mister Freeze with his red bow-tie amused everyone)
“Nervous” was the word of the day and that was exactly how Jervis was feeling at the moment. His heart beat faster than normal and it felt like his hand shook. He was standing there, waiting to see his bride.
When the Wedding March started to play, the excitement almost knocked him out. The doors opened and for the very first time Jervis got to see Alice in her wedding dress when it was ready. The sight was so stunning he couldn’t do anything else but stare at the smiling bride.
She is the love of my life and I’m going to marry her…
Jervis got a bit teary-eyed and didn’t even try to hide it when Alice finally got to the altar.
